ABOUT MILLIE
Millie Tang is an Asian-Australian, multi-award winning bartender, internationally recognised hospitality figure, photographer and creative all-rounder. With 15 years of dual experience in hospitality and photography, Millie has developed a multi-hyphenate skill set allowing her to fulfil a unique niche and apply a diverse perspective to her work.
As a bartender, Millie has cultivated an industry presence that sees her working with the world’s most notable liquor brands. She regularly judges international cocktail competitions and has toured the world giving masterclasses and seminars as well as activating guest shifts, takeovers and events.
As a creative, Millie has shot and directed campaigns and creative projects for brands such Hennessy, Belvedere, Cointreau, Licor 43 and Jack Daniels. Her scope includes all photographic categories, brand strategy, content and creative direction, production and social strategy.
In 2024 she was a guest at Cannes Film Festival and featured in an award-winning campaign for Campari, co-directed and produced a digital campaign in Spain for Licor 43 with fellow creative Charli Burrowes and partnered with Lark for their seasonal Dark Lark release.
Millie is now based in Paris, France where she is part of the opening team of brand new bar and restaurant De Vie with Alex Francis and Barney O’Kane.
